Our policy
Aristo comprises all the activities of Aristo Holding BV, Aristo Eindhoven BV, Aristo Utrecht BV, Aristo Amsterdam BV and Meeting Plaza Utrecht B.V. (hereinafter collectively referred to as 'Aristo'):
Aristo ensures that all its divisions comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as ‘the GDPR’) and the legislation and regulations based on the GDPR. The GDPR provides safeguards for the protection of your personal data. We do not process more personal data than is strictly necessary. We only make this data available to employees who are authorised for this purpose.
This privacy statement applies to all personal data collected by Aristo. We greatly value and respect your privacy, and are committed to protecting it and ensuring the proper use of your personal data. We only collect personal data that you provide to us voluntarily for the purpose of delivering products and services to you and bringing products and services to your attention.

The General Data Protection Regulation ('GDPR') has its place in our internal information security policy, internal procedures, in the design of processes and systems and in the training of new and existing employees.

This privacy statement does not apply to websites of third parties that our website links to.

We use cookies on this website. Exercising rights and contacting Aristo
You decide whether you want to make use of the services offered on our websites and in our newsletters. You decide whether you want to provide your personal data to Aristo. If you do not wish to provide any personal data, a number of Aristo’s services and products will not be available to you, or they will only be available in a very limited capacity.
You have the following rights concerning the processing of your personal data:
- Submitting a request for:

- deletion;
- data portability (this means submitting a request to send the personal data we have in a computer file to you or to another organisation specified by you).
- The withdrawal or restriction of your consent for data processing, if applicable. This may be done at any time and does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the withdrawal.
- Making an objection to the processing.
