What is a hybrid meeting?

A hybrid event is an in-person event combined with online participants. If you’re organizing a hybrid event, we’ll host some of the participants at our venue. The rest will join us online—from home, another venue, or one of the four Aristo locations. You can adapt any event to a hybrid format—such as a conference, seminar, training course, meeting, brainstorming session, or workshop.

Participants who log in online can interactively take part in the event by, for example, chatting live with the lectern, participating in a quiz, and, of course, talking with the lectern and other participants via the livestream. What catering options are available at Aristo?

Round out your hybrid meeting or training course with a delicious lunch for participants attending in person. You have several options to choose from:

  • Choose a package featuring the Aristo Daily Fresh lunch buffet.
  • Choose a package featuring the Aristo Daily Fresh sandwich lunch served in the meeting room.

Book one of these lunch options separately as an add-on. Current rates can be found in our user-friendly booking tool. Prefer an Ă  la carte lunch? No problem.

Would you like to wrap up the meeting on a delicious note with dinner? That’s also possible at Aristo! Book dinner separately, choosing from a daily special, a three-course dinner, or a buffet. Would you rather linger a bit longer to chat over some snacks and drinks? Then book one of our cocktail packages. The perfect way to wrap up your meeting. During the booking process, you can choose between a standard hybrid set and an extended hybrid set:

  • 1–25 participants on-site
  • 1–100 participants online
  • €125 per day (excl. VAT)

Extended hybrid setup

  • Suitable for INTERACTIVE meetings, training courses, and events
  • Preset HD camera with switch to an additional monitor and laptop for greater interaction with participants
  • 1–50 participants on-site
  • 1–100 participants online
  • €225 per day (excl. VAT)

What other options can I choose from, besides a hybrid set?

Of course, it’s also possible to book additional amenities and facilities. These might include a breakout room for parallel sessions or breakout sessions, or laptops for a digital training course. You can also quickly and easily add a digital whiteboard, a lapel or headset microphone, and a lectern to ensure your event is a success.
