I use Aristo for our training courses. The booking tool makes it quick and easy, and I can see all my bookings at one glance. If I need to contact one of the Aristo staff members, I can do so quickly via chat or by phone. The on-site service is excellent. It’s never a problem if, for example, the tables need to be rearranged at the last minute. The staff are customer-friendly and respond promptly and effectively.

Together with my colleague, I organized a competition for high school and college students at Aristo Utrecht Lunetten. The venue is perfect for this kind of event. The staff are very helpful in planning the event and are incredibly flexible. We made a lot of changes along the way, but they never had an issue with that. The day itself went off without a hitch, and if we organize this again next year, we’ll definitely be back!

I conduct several training courses throughout the Netherlands. Whenever I need a venue in the Eindhoven, Utrecht, or Amsterdam area, I book it quickly and easily through Aristo. In Eindhoven, I was given a room that was too large, and at my request, a smaller room was immediately made available. Afterwards, I even received a “welcome back” bag—which was a nice touch. All in all, I can recommend Aristo.

We had a meeting today with different groups of participants. The Aristo staff provided excellent input in advance. And even with the last-minute changes, they responded quickly, and we saw that reflected nicely in the final bill, which was adjusted downward. That’s just that little bit of extra service we didn’t expect. The onsite staff also provided wonderful and excellent hospitality.
