Green Key Gold

Our commitment has been recognized since 2009 with the highest Green Key Gold certification— year after year. This is an accolade we’re proud of. As the highest international recognition for sustainable businesses in the hospitality sector, it demonstrates that we consistently go beyond legal environmental requirements—from energy and water conservation to reducing food waste and minimizing overall waste. These initiatives are woven into our daily operations. With Green Key Gold, we continue to challenge ourselves, take steps forward, and contribute to a future where hospitality and care for the planet go hand in hand.

People

Aristo offers more than just a workplace. We want to create an environment where our employees feel safe, healthy, and valued. Vitality is at the heart of this: when employees feel good about themselves, that energy radiates through  to our guests, partners, and the community around us.

We offer opportunities for growth, provide attentive guidance to interns, and nurture talent at every level. We view diversity as a strength and inclusion as a given. Planet

Aristo looks beyond just today. We want to minimize our impact on the planet, which is why we consciously choose sustainable materials and smart solutions that reduce waste. Sorting and recycling waste are second nature to us, as is the ongoing search for ways to limit our environmental impact.


We also make conscious choices in our food and beverage offerings: healthy for our guests while focusing on minimizing our environmental impact. We are actively working to reduce and offset CO₂ emissions and are striving, step by step, to become a circular economy. In doing so, we collaborate with suppliers and partners so that together we can develop initiatives that contribute to our CSR goals.

Profit

At Aristo, we view profit not only as financial gain, but as the value we create together for our community. We are happy to reinvest our earnings in projects that contribute to a healthy and livable society. These include local initiatives that strengthen the neighborhood, promote sustainability, and bring people together.

We believe that true profit is only achieved when everyone benefits: our guests, our employees, our partners, and the community around us. That’s why we actively seek partnerships with organizations that share these values. By joining forces, we create solutions with a long-term positive impact that extend beyond our own meeting centers.
