Parking is not included in the package at Aristo. However, there are ample parking options at each of our locations: Utrecht Lunetten – on-site parking at a fee Amsterdam Sloterdijk – on-site parking in the Parkbee parking garage, at a fee Eindhoven – guests can park at a discounted rate in the Q-Park parking garage in the Heuvelgalerie. Utrecht Central Station – parking at the regular rate in the Hoog Catharijne P1, P2, and P3 parking garages.

What’s included in the package?

If you are organizing a meeting lasting 5 to 8 hours, our all-inclusive 8-hour package starting at €58.05, excluding VAT, is your best option. You can choose between a package with or without the lunch buffet. Does your event take place during a half-day (morning, afternoon, or evening) and takes no more than 4 hours? Then an all-inclusive half-day package starting at €29.80, excluding VAT, is the best fit. Lunch is not included as standard, but you can easily add it starting at €23, including VAT, per person.

If you book from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., this spans two half-days, so the 8-hour package applies.

You can easily add extra options, such as a hybrid setup, microphone, or laptops.
