How much does it cost to rent a meeting room at Aristo Meeting Center?

At Aristo Meeting Center, you can easily rent a professional meeting room in an easily accessible location. Choose from various meeting packages tailored to the duration of your event.

Half-day meetings: starting at €29.80, excluding VAT
Suitable for short meetings, training sessions, or brainstorming sessions.

8-hour meeting package: starting at €58.05, excluding VAT
Ideal for a full day of meetings or an intensive session.

How do I book a meeting room at Aristo?

You can easily book a meeting room using the online booking tool. You’ll immediately see which rooms are available and can quickly complete your reservation. Where can I rent a meeting room at Aristo?

You can rent a meeting room at Aristo in Amsterdam, Utrecht Central Station, Utrecht Lunetten, and Eindhoven. All locations are right next to or within walking distance of an NS train station. This makes it easy for participants to travel by public transportation. Coming by car? You can also reach the locations quickly via the major highways. View the Aristo locations here.

Can I rent a meeting room with catering?

Yes. You can easily add catering to your booking with Aristo.

You have a number of options to choose from:

  • Choose a package that includes the Aristo Daily Fresh lunch buffet.
  • Choose a package that includes the Aristo Daily Fresh sandwich lunch served in the event space.

Book one of these lunch options separately as an add-on. The current rates can be found in our user-friendly booking tool. Prefer an à la carte lunch? That’s also possible.

Would you like to wrap up your meeting on a delicious note with dinner? That’s also possible at Aristo! Book dinner separately with a choice of a daily special, a three-course dinner, or a buffet. Would you rather linger a bit longer to chat over some snacks and drinks? Then book one of our cocktail packages. It’s the perfect way to wrap up your meeting.
