A day of learning and meetings makes you work up an appetite! So why not round out your training course or meeting with a delicious, freshly prepared lunch buffet from our own kitchen? Prefer an à la carte lunch? That’s also an option. Or wrap up your gathering with a delicious dinner. Would you rather linger a bit longer to chat over some snacks and drinks? Then choose from one of our cocktail packages. Do you have dietary restrictions or allergies? Please tell the staff at Aristo Kitchen so we can accommodate you.

Prefer to head outside for lunch? Then choose Aris-To-Go: a generously filled paper bag that includes a mapped-out walking route for a healthy break in the fresh air. This way, you’ll stay focused and energized for the rest of your meeting.

Breakfast

Do you have an early meeting and no time for breakfast? Don’t worry—at Aristo, a delicious breakfast is waiting for you. Start your day off right, so you’ll have the energy you need for a successful meeting. Good news for lecterns: breakfast is always FREE at Aristo before 9:00 a.m.

Lunch

Round out your meeting with a lunch full of healthy and delicious options. Every day, our chefs serve an extensive lunch buffet featuring healthy, fresh-from-the-market ingredients, such as freshly made soup, (organic) bread, savory and sweet spreads, raw vegetable salads, hot dishes, snacks, juices, (buttermilk) milk, fruit, and more. Prefer à la carte? No problem.

Dinner

At the start, midway through or after your meeting, we serve delicious and healthy hot meals, ranging from a daily special to a three-course dinner. For groups of 25 or more, we offer a variety of buffets. In need of some inspiration? Check out our dining options.

Drinks

The cocktail package is the perfect way to wrap up a gathering or meeting. It’s a great way to relax and chat while enjoying some snacks and drinks. Or maybe you have something to celebrate. From crackers and nuts to cold and hot appetizers. Check out our appetizer menu.

Are you joining us for a meeting lasting up to 4 hours? If so, choose an all-inclusive half-day package. This includes:

Room rental: a room with natural light in your preferred layout
Whiteboard & flip chart: for interactive presentations and note-taking
Projector and screen: screen with projector or LCD monitor, both with HDMI connection
High-quality speakers: for optimal sound quality
Pen & paper: so participants can get started right away
Name tags: to get your meeting off to an efficient start
Excellent Wi-Fi: for a lightning-fast and effective meeting
Unlimited drinks and snacks: unlimited coffee, cappuccino, latte, espresso, tea, draft soft drinks, water, and snacks in the coffee corners

Lunch is not included with a half-day package; it can be booked as an optional add-on starting at €23, including VAT, per person. Additional options such as a hybrid setup, microphone, or laptops can easily be added. Your final price per person for the packages listed above depends on when you submit your request, the date(s), and the number of people.

Is your event scheduled to last 5 to 8 hours? If so, choose our all-inclusive 8-hour package, which includes the following:

Additional options such as a hybrid setup, microphone, or laptops can easily be added to your booking. Your final price per person for the packages listed above depends on the time of year you submit your request, the date(s), and the number of guests.

Sustainable meetings start with food and drinks

Simply opt for a plant-based lunch or vegetarian catering. At Aristo, we make meeting in a sustainable way practical and accessible, with a menu that includes plenty of plant-based options as standard.

Our participation in Wissel ’ns Wat! underscores this approach. It’s not a temporary campaign, but daily choices that make a difference. Think plant-based soups, a wide selection of vegetarian sandwiches, hot dishes with plenty of choice, and salads that are always vegetarian. Oat milk, plant-based yogurt, and plant-based “butter” are also part of our regular menu.

This makes it easy for you to choose what suits your event and participants.

Recharge in the coffee lounges

Discover our coffee lounges, where you can enjoy an unlimited selection of delicious fresh treats. From colorful fresh fruits and vegetables to flavorful dried fruits and crunchy snacks. Perfect with a cup of coffee or a refreshing drink.

These are included with every package and are ideal for an energizing break during your training course or meeting.

Pour your favorite refreshing drink yourself

You’ll now find our refreshing showstopper— Aristo tap—in all Aristo coffee lounges. During your (coffee) break, you can whip up your own refreshing drink in a flash. Just the way you like it.

Choose from still or sparkling water, or go for one of the five surprisingly refreshing flavors made with real fruit, vegetables, and herbs. Subtle or zesty? The choice is entirely yours.

Aris-To-Go

Let the front desk know at the start of the day if you’d like to enjoy lunch while walking, and we’ll provide you with a to-go bag. You can take any items from the lunch buffet, so you’ll still have plenty of choices! Grab your bag, fill it with goodies from the lunch buffet, and set out on a beautiful walking trail.
