Meetings, training courses, and brainstorming sessions often involve a lot of sitting. At Aristo, we understand that creative ideas sometimes need a little help—ArisTo-Go offers the perfect solution.

Why a walking lunch?

  • By stepping out of the meeting or training room for a moment, you’ll have more energy for the remainder of the session.
  • Anyone who gets half an hour of exercise every day meets the physical activity guidelines: at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise 5 days a week. This reduces your risk of chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer.
  • Aris-To-Go encourages physical activity.

How does ArisTo-Go work?

At the start of the day, let the front desk know if you’d like to enjoy lunch while walking, and we’ll provide you with a to-go bag. You can take any items from the lunch buffet, so you’ll have plenty of choice! Grab your bag, fill it with goodies from the buffet, and set out on a walk. For directions you can scan a QR code. Nice and easy.

In 30 minutes, you’ll pass by various art installations and follow a short stretch of the Brettenroute to an oasis of peace and greenery! The route is about 2 kilometers long—perfect for a healthy lunch walk!
